We typically work a little longer days Monday - Thursday (9 hours) so we can have early-out Fridays every week and enjoy jump starts on the weekend!
Customer Service Representative / Call Coordinator
Our customers have questions and concerns... The role of the Customer Service Representative / Call Coordinator is to help answer those questions and concerns in an always kind and professional manner. In this role, you will actively listen to the needs of our customers, and then respond to them personally or, quickly get them in contact with the right person in the company.
Some keys to success in this role include:
- Quickly learning products and workflows so you can efficiently and effectively respond to customer questions or, know who else in the company to pull-in for help
- High attention to detail

- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- The ability to juggle many different time-sensitive administrative tasks
- A high comfort level with learning and navigating computer software programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
