What you will be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

• Answer the customer service phone line and help customers seek resolution to their inquiry
• Route customer calls to appropriate personnel
• Process branch paperwork (data entry)
• Work with field personnel to ensure excellent customer service
• Become knowledgeable with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures

This position will work out of our Corporate Headquarted in Hoffman Estates, IL. This position is Monday-Friday during business hours.

Best qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum one year call center or customer experience
• A passion for customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Eagerness to be to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture
