The U.S. Water-Culligan Group is currently searching for a highly motivated individual, with experience in customer service representation. We are one of the largest Culligan franchisees in North America, selling industry leading water conditioning equipment to families and businesses. We have 16 locations across the country, including one in Annapolis MD. Responsibilities of the Position:

Commitment to satisfy our customers by scheduling deliveries and services, responding to inquiries, up-selling Culligan services, and proactively resolving issues for customer retention.
Efficiently and accurately execute processes and procedures for contract processing, AR, AP, billing and general data entry in a timely manner.
Demonstrate Professionalism, Courtesy and Tactfulness in all interactions with both external and internal customers.
Requirements of the Position:

Education; High School Diploma or equivalent.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
1+ years Customer Service Experience. Phone experience preferred.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft office and DMS ( Data Management Systems – a plus)
Bilingual a plus.
Hours are M-F 8am to 5pm with potentially occasional Saturday mornings.
