Job Title: Client Services Agent - Entry Level
Pay: $18.00/hr
Full Time: Mon-Fri 9-5 or 10-6
Job Overview:
We are a growing tax planning and filing firm and are looking for a full-time agent to assist with various tasks and providing customer service for new and existing clients. We will provide on-site training for our products and services. Some of your responsibilities will include data entry projects, account management and interacting with clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Complete training on systems, products, and services to effectively assist clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clientele by answering inbound calls, texts, and emails to address their questions and concerns.
- Onboarding and welcoming new clients.
- Managing and collecting documents from clients for tax filings.
- Help clients in processing payments for products and subscriptions over the phone.
- Assist in data-entry projects to update and maintain records.
Skills:
- A working knowledge of Google tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated and adaptability to changes and new systems
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to remain composed and objective
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in the work environment
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple systems at once
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
