POSITION:
The Customer Service Representative will to support management with new member acquisition and retention by building a exceptional rapport and delivering a top notch, positive experience with every interaction.

- Multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Functional computer skills - POS / Booking software (i.e. Club Ready); Google Sheets / Docs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell memberships
- Book & confirm prospects
- Greet and check-in clients
- Ask for referrals
- Ensure studio cleanliness
- Participate in team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
