Customer Service Representative Job at Sterling Personnel

This is Monday through Friday 8a-5p, the rate is $24-$26,
Must have a customer service background in Logistics!!!
§ Receive calls while utilizing Macola and Wisys to review product inventory for the purposes of accurately processing and confirming customer orders.
§ Use positive and persuasive language while maintaining self-control when communicating order updates to customers.
§ Communicate product information and order updates to customers.
§ Validate & process customer return requests
§ Provide support to Sales Organization to more effectively fulfill customer needs.
§ Document, research, and follow up on customer complaints in order to facilitate an effective resolution in a timely fashion.
§ Transportation and Logistics responsibilities include preparation of shipping documentation and customs paperwork, provide freight rate quotes to customers, and other paperwork essential to complete the shipment of customer orders as needed.
§ Maintain accurate customer files in Synergy and Wisys.
§ Take initiative to contribute to the positive growth of the department and organization while being a positive and motivating team player.
§ Back fill for others within the department when needed.
§ Be an active participant in the IFS Quality Management Program by being a Process Owner.
Various office administration duties such as processing faxes, preparation of reports, etc.
