As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, promotions, and policies.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any order-related issues.
• Address customer complaints or concerns effectively, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the customer database.
• Collaborate with other team members, including sales and support staff, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in company policies or procedures.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding common customer issues or suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably in a bar or hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
