Regency Transportation is a fast-growing northeast regional truckload carrier looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Franklin, MA office. The CSR is a key resource for customer inquiries, order entry, and serves as an important link between the customer and transportation operations
SUMMARY
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and our operations team. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolve customer issues via phone and email
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Assist with placement of orders
Place or cancel orders.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
SKILLS DESIRED
Excellent computer and data entry skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work without constant supervision
Excellent punctuality and attendance
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
