Pavestone LLC, part of the QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, a manufacturer for segmental concrete products for the commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customer, has an immediate opening for Customer Service Representatives located at our Grapevine, TX facility.

Shift Available: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Primary Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls including assisting customers and/or transferring phone calls.
• Create accurate and complete sales orders
• Work with outside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of products and their applications and know major competitor product lines.
• Assist with dispatch in scheduling deliveries, process sales orders and complete daily paperwork.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Available to work 40 or more hours per week
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and customer relation skills

Qualifications:

• Inside sales experience helpful
• Experience in building materials industry would be helpful
• Data Entry experience is a plus
