We are currently hiring a customer service representative in the Mt. Juliet location who is able to
Main Responsibilities
- schedule service calls
- set up routes for technicians
- handle customer questions and complaints
Minimum Requirements Include:
- 1+ year(s) of great customer service experience
- bilingual language preferred
- verbal communication skills including a professional tone of voice at all times
- possess polite and confident, excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning
- ability to multi-task
- capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- high school diploma or equivalency; some colleges preferred
- some computer skills, ex. excel and typing

Driver's License

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
