Express is hiring for multiple customer service representatives for the travel industry. Put your passion for world geography, sales, international travel and your sense of adventure to work! Responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, reservations and bookings, and entering information into multiple computer based programs. Positions will start as remote and then move into the local location. Travel industry experience, cruise ship knowledge, and familiarity with AS400 or similar reservation systems a plus.
