Customer Service Representative Job at CVS Health
CVS Health has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Care Representative. The Customer Support Contact Center is actively hiring service focused professionals fielding inbound contacts from our Front Store and Digital (Website, App, etc) customers.
You will be responsible for incoming customer contact across all channels including phone, email and online chat. In the this position, you will use your proficiency with all CVS online, mobile and social media platforms to drive digital adoption and serve as a customer advocate for CVS.com, Prescription Management, CarePass Program, CVS Photo and Customer Relations support needs. You will work in a team environment, take ownership for solving customer issues, and help customers navigate CVS’s digital platforms, with the ultimate focus on customer satisfaction.
This is a flexible work from home position which will require you to work remotely and travel into the office 1 to 2 times per week. The schedule for this position is 10:30am – 7:00pm. We are seeking someone interested in working Flexible Work from home Monday through Friday, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service position
- Must be able to work flex remote and meet all work from home requirements (privacy, internet, etc).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a call center environment in a retail or healthcare setting
- Experience collaborating with external vendors
Education
