Crown Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep to fill an opening located in Crittenden, Kentucky. The ideal candidates would have previous experience and be able to work a 10 hour shift.
Requirements of the Customer Service Rep
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- A love for Pets
- A knowledge of nutrition and its effects
- Excellent data entry and typing skills while talking on the phone.
- Experience in a call center environment
- Tuesday - Friday 9:00 am - 7:30 pm

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep
- Answer calls and help customers and potential customers with nutritional issues concerning their pets.
- Provide customers with product information
- Enter new customer information into computer system
- Update existing customer information
- Order entry and help desk ticket creation
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
