Brian Getty Insurance in Vero Beach FL is seeking to hire a full time Customer Experience Specialist.
Ideal candidates have no insurance experience but are willing to learn and help our customers have the best experience possible. Organizational and computer skills are a must as well as the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Taking in bound calls from existing customers
- Calling customers for policy reviews
- Greeting office visitors in friendly manner
- Maintaining accurate data in the agency management system
- Calling cancelation list
- Refer new business to sales team
- Assisting Sales Team when needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi task and stay organized
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Great work ethic
- Coachable
Requirements:
· Passing 440 license in 90 days and appointment with this office
· Reliable transportation
Compensation: $30,000 to $35,000 including referral bonuses, access to group benefits, paid vacation after 6 months.
