The Customer Service Representative is a professional who serves customers by providing product and service information.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
- Acts as a liaison, provide product /services information and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Effectively manages large amounts of incoming calls.
- Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Enters data into the data base.
Job Type: Full - Time with Benefits
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
