Qualifications:
  • Basic keyboarding skills and the ability to type for long periods of time.
  • The ability to talk on a handset or a headset phone for long periods of time.
  • The ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office applications. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Leverages systems and processes efficiently and effectively.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Seeks guidance from team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate issues for escalation.
  • Maintain a clean working environment.
  • High School Diploma required
  • Physically able to lift boxes and packages up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities:
The Standard Direct customer ambassador will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding customer needs and placing orders to fulfill those needs as well as picking, packing and shipping customer product orders. In this role the individual will be responsible for meeting sales / call goals as well as efficiency metrics.
This role will work closely with the Manager of Standard Direct to balance the needs of the business and create an exception customer experience.

Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Utilize an outbound call list to contact customers and take product orders
  • Take inbound calls regarding order placement/tracking, equipment issues, billing, and general inquiries
  • Utilize systems to book orders, make payments, schedule service requests and pickup
Warehousing Responsibilities:
  • Bulk pick products that are needing to be shipped to customers
  • Utilize a shipping software to pick, pack, and ship product orders
  • Load completed orders on a UPS trailer or truck
  • Work cross-functionally with loaders and warehouse staff to ensure clean, organized environment
  • Communicate any issues to manager and work towards quick resolution that drives a positive customer experience
