CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL (FULL-TIME)

The Customer Service Professional will complete a variety of specialized tasks and services related to our clients’ insurance needs. A successful candidate will enjoy helping people get things done and take pride in a job well done. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position, with opportunities to be challenged, contribute to business success, and grow professionally. Interest in bettering neighboring communities, local agriculture, food production, the environment, and assisting others by managing risk is considered a plus.

Essential Functions – What You Will Do

• Welcome visitors and represent the principal of the organization
• Work as a key team member to assemble, market and place coverage for new clients
• Prepare proposals and complete supporting documents, coordinating with principal
• Responsible for all aspects of servicing policyholders
• Corresponding with clients by phone and email
• Keep organized records and develop new systems to gain efficiencies
• Assist with client meetings and related events

Competencies – What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor of Science in business administration or equivalent
• Resourceful and upbeat, someone who sees solutions rather than obstacles
• Proficient with MS Office suite software; aptitude to learn new software and functions
• Prior office and/or fast-paced work experience is a plus
• Collaborative, helpful, and team-oriented individual
• Dynamic, honest, goal oriented, empathetic qualities
• Engaged and interested in the business and the clients that do business with us
• Strong organizational and time management skills combined with the flexibility to work with shifting priorities
• Great communication skills – listening, clarifying, responding, updating, and following through

• Full-time position with opportunity to advance
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Located in Boscawen, NH
• Must successfully complete Property and Casualty Insurance License within six months of hire
