Because this role balances direct customer support with team coordination and oversight, customer service team leads frequently serve as liaisons between a company and its customers. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to help our organization deliver outstanding customer support and develop strong customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinate and Manage Customer Service Team

· Manage and Adjust employee responsibilities and schedules

· Train/Coach team members

· Provide Direct Customer support when needed

· Be a product expert and a resource for product and product troubleshooting knowledge to Customer Service Team

· Review and Resolve Customer Escalations

· Evaluate team member performances - noting areas for improvements and providing coaching

· Improve overall department and organization efficiency-enhancing internal processes

· Train new hires- instructing on company policies and CS best practices

· Oversee the ordering and shipping of replacement parts for warranty service to consumers

REQUIREMENTS:

· Leadership Skills-managing, organizing, and coordinating CS team effectively

· Performance Evaluation – being able to assess subordinate performance

· Conflict Resolution Skills

· Verbal and Written Communication Skills

· Customer Service/Customer Support experience (3+years preferred)

· Tech Savvy (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets/Team Viewer/Skype/Zendesk)

· Typing Speed: 50 WPM+

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM (Overtime may be required)

STARTING SALARY: $50k and up, Based on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
