The ideal candidate for this position will be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time, able to excel under pressure, and keen on developing the skills necessary to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with information regarding products and services.
  • Complete administrative tasks relating to sales, service, and collections.
  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Handle difficult customer situations, such as complaints and inquiries.
  • Provide customers with their account balances and histories.
  • Be available during peak calling times and answer customer inquiries during those times.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour
