- Hourly: Starting at $14/HR and earn up to $20.00 per hour with bonus incentives.

- No prior car wash experience needed. Onsite training provided.
- Explain services provided at WashU.
- Be punctual, responsible and accountable.
- General cleaning and light maintenance responsibilities.
- Retain Information - Ability to learn new things.
- Coachable –Ability to understand and apply feedback.
- Basic Math – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide.
- Computer Skills – Ability to launch, navigate and utilize company approved hardware and software.
- Able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Ability to stand for 4 consecutive hours
