Your day.



As a Customer Service Associate I you need to know how to:



  • Interact with patients and internal and external partners to provide information and resolve billing and service inquiries for care provided at our Care Sites and various Clinics
  • Provide accurate and courteous service in an efficient manner
  • Perform clerical tasks to support the Business Services department as needed

Your experience.



We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, required
  • Proficient fluency in both English and Spanish, highly preferred
  • Prior call center experience and previous knowledge of healthcare billing, preferred
