Our team of Customer Service Representatives is responsible for ensuring that customers' questions and complaints are promptly addressed. We are in need of dedicated professionals who can stand behind our product and offer exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective clients. Our Customer Service Representatives walk a fine line between advocating for customers and maintaining a cordial relationship with our staff, so it's imperative that we hire individuals who are capable of effectively balancing these responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls.
- Answer customer emails.
- Answer customer questions when using a service.
- Be polite to customers.
- Be able to use multiple software programs.
- Be able to make product suggestions to customers.
- Listen to customers and address their concerns.
- Work as part of a team.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
