The customer service advisor will primarily: work with customers from the greeting to the goodbye; welcoming them to the Jiffy Lube brand and listening to their issues and concerns. Managing the problem-solving process and solutions, while writing repair estimates and invoices. Drive team building and culture, as well as following company policies and procedures. Provide professional and outstanding customer service.

Other duties may include, but are not limited to, inspection of tires, brakes, batteries, and fluids, oil changes; replacement of air filters, belts and lights, and store cleanliness.

Qualifications and requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in sales within auto repair and service industry
• Communicate and understand the technical aspects of repairs with customers
• Knowledge of automotive platforms and programs
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, and walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Great communication skills and attention to detail whether it be written, verbally and or in email format.
• Possession of a valid drivers license
