Customer Service/Accounting Associate Job at Lumina Power Inc.
Essential Duties and Responsibility include the following but not limited to
Customer Service:
- Answer phones and call on current and potential customers to solicit orders and acts as a liaison between company and customers
- Responsible for finalizing all Sales documentation, including but not limited to, Export Compliance documents, screening customers and end users via RPS software, quotations, verify Lumina part number and selling costs, entering of orders, generating sales order confirmations
- Maintains accurate customer information related to names and addresses of customers in Syteline.
- Attach all SO folder documents to customer order in Syteline for electronic access.
- Issue RMA’s (return material authorizations) and RMA instructions to customers who need to return a unit for repair. Enter repair PO’s as needed.
- Generate and process all shipping documentation for foreign shipments
- UPS WorldShip software/Fed-Ex ship manager
- AES filing and commercial invoices on foreign shipments
Accounting:
- Post customer payments in Syteline:
- Checks, Credit card and Wire transfers
- Contact customers who are past due on payments
- Research payment discrepancies
Back-up for Accounting as needed:
- Generate and process all shipping documentation for domestic shipments
- Post daily invoices in Syteline and E-mail customer invoices
- Backup for A/P function entering vendor invoices
Qualification/requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people at all levels of management
- Strong computer skills: Excel and Word. Syteline experience a plus
Experience/training:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
