Pay range: $25,000 to $50,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor when it comes to explaining and providing coverage options
- Process customer policy change requests
- Locate missed coverage opportunities
- Take payments and assist with billing issues
- Review policies and set up appointments
- Maintain knowledge of new products and company guidelines
Requirements
- P&C license
- Life and health license a bonus (must be able to obtain)
- Willingness to learn from and help coworkers
- Self-motivated
- Problem solver
- Proficiency with computers
- Organizational skills
- Ability to build trusting customer relationships
This position is with an Allstate independent contractor agent, and not with Allstate. Employees must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
