Reporting to the Call Center Manager, this is a customer-focused position intended to train qualified individuals to establish relationships with our customers and to build our brand. You will have no direct reports and are responsible only for the operations of the branch. This job is fully remote. #LI-Remote
You will:

• Make outbound calls to website visitors to set appointments.
• Meet daily phone and email quota.
• Maintain a prospect system.
• Work either 1st shift: 9-6 pm EST or 2nd shift: 11-8 PM EST.

You have:

• 2+ years call center experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
