Customer Order Specialist Job at Moore & Associates
World class manufacturer of thermometers, pressure gauges, and other temperature and pressure measurement devices seeks an experienced Customer Order Specialist to join their team.
The person in this position will engage with dozens of people from accounting to manufacturing on a daily basis and thus should be enthusiastic about working closely with others and ultimately serving our customers.
Primary Job Duties:
● Enters customer’s orders in ERP software by verifying pricing, confirming part numbers, checking stock, and assigning appropriate ship dates based on customer needs and manufacturing requirements.
● Maintain customer records in our CRM and ERP
Qualifications:
● Organized and able to handle high level of detail in a fast paced environment
● Computer literacy
● Strong verbal & written communication
● Focused on accuracy and efficiency
● Skilled in problem-solving
● Thrives working both independently and in a team environment
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
