Are you the type of person who likes to inspire others to give and live happy? We are looking for team members to join our Customer Experience team at Natural Life. The Customer Experience Team Member manages the shopping experience for our B2C customers. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, interested in developmental opportunities, and have a passion for our brand. You’d be comfortable helping our customers via telephone or online chat, would learn and give ideas regarding the shopping experience on our website, www.NaturalLife.com, and our product, and enjoy delivering awesome experiences! Hearing from customers that our products have brought them happiness or helped them through a tough time is what motivates us the most! Hours: 5-day work week may include Saturday, Sunday, or evening hours.

Pay Rate: $16/hr with annual bonus potential

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage incoming tickets and provide solutions to ensure awesome customer experiences, using scripts, macros, and training policies
  • Responsible for managing, prioritizing and finding solutions to all assigned inbound customer tickets, utilizing sound judgment on when to escalate to management
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Natural Life retail customers by accurately assessing needs and providing accurate information in a timely fashion
  • Complete work assignments within assigned deadlines and with minimal errors to ensure awesome customer experiences
  • Identify and analyze facts, weigh options and risks, and determine course of action to exceed the expectations of our customers while keeping the Natural Life mission and core values in mind
  • Conduct both verbal and written communication in an effective, appropriate, positive and informative manner in order to ensure awesome customer experiences
  • Represent the voice of the customer to other departments and management in regards to issues affecting customer satisfaction and service, and customer suggestions and feedback
  • Develop relationships with Apparel and Product Development Teams, meeting regularly to remain current on new styles and products
  • Participate in training of on-going and/or new department projects, and assist in these areas as needed

What you’ll bring to Natural Life:

  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer experience
  • Crystal-clear communication, both in writing and in person
  • Highly motivated, fast and nimble; thrives in reacting to real-time information
  • Naturally organized and process-oriented
  • Driven and has a high sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Flexible schedule, can be available during the evenings and weekends during peak seasons (Spring and Winter)
  • Interest and knowledge in current fashion/apparel trends
  • Experience with Microsoft Office a plus
