Customer Experience (CX) Team Member - DERBY AND HAMBURG

Benzinger's Clothing Care is a growing, family-owned business searching for a professional and friendly team member to provide top-notch customer care.

We are seeking a Customer Experience staff person willing to work in both our Derby AND Hamburg locations. Full-time hours available.

WE OFFER: 120 hours of paid training, six paid holidays per year, no nights or Sundays, and profit sharing.

AVAILABILITY: Must be available between 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday and just two Saturdays a month from 9 am to 2 pm.

JOB SUMMARY: You will enthusiastically and warmly engage with Derby and Hamburg customers, provide accurate information about our services, carefully examine customer clothing and household items for the type of care they require, use a sophisticated software system for touch screen entry of customer items, and most importantly, make every visit a truly positive experience for our customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Superior customer service skills, strong work ethic, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to synthesize a great deal of information, comfort with touch screen computer systems, basic typing skills, the ability to pick up new technology quickly. Must be able to efficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time, and be a great team member. Physical requirements: ability to stand for entire shift and able to lift at least 20 lbs.

COMPENSATION: Pay starting at $15 per hour, great work schedule (no Sundays, no late evenings, no major holidays).
