Customer Experience Coordinator Job at Reserve Squad
Are you a customer focused person looking for a part-time position a couple of days a week where you can work in a nice office setting providing great customer service?
This position is 2 days a week: Mondays and Fridays, 11:00 to 1:30 and occasionally additional days and hours to cover time off for the full-time employee.
We are looking for an engaging, charismatic person who will be the first person to engage with anyone entering the our client's office. This person will be responsible for assuring that all visitors feel welcome, connect with the correct person, and workspace/meeting room. Proactively with making sure the meeting spaces are organized, clean, and ready for clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
At least one year of experience in a customer Service skills/Client focused
Communication Proficiency/Collaboration Skills
Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think on one’s feet – make recommendations to enhance protocols as necessary
Ability to Multi-task, manage multiple projects, activities.
Organizational and Time Management Skills
Expected Hours of Work
Mondays and Fridays, 11:00 to 1:30 and cover PTO. Must live in Cincinnati since onsite work.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
