A Customer Care Specialist is responsible for managing customer relations, providing product and service information to new and existing customers, assisting with product ordering, as well as scheduling and maintaining production calendars. Overall, the Customer Care Team is dedicated to providing our customers with the very best experience start to finish. As a leader in our industry, we are looking for exceptional individuals to grow with us!
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Provide exceptional service to our homeowners and continuous communication to ensure our homeowners are informed of procedures start to finish.
*Process new product orders and help reach unit goals
*Assist other departments and complete additional tasks, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet based data bases
*2+ years customer relations
*Strong verbal communication/phone skills
*Attention to detail and ability to multitask
*Must be highly dependable and have a strong work ethic
