Customer Care and Sales Support Associate Job at Formax
Formax is currently hiring for a Customer Care and Sales Support position. This job entails providing customer care and sales support for the Formax direct sales division including order entry and order tracking. Additional duties include reception coverage and processing supply orders for retail customers.
Formax is the leading provider to businesses in New Hampshire and Maine for mailing, imaging and document management solutions. Our solutions are designed to automate and simplify intelligent document preparation, delivery, archiving, shipping/tracking and imaging.
Job Requirements:
- Must be flexible and willing to learn

- Experience with multi-line phone a plus, but not required
