Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processes DLATS generated orders through Contract Review Team and SAP to ensure prompt entry into the SAP system
- Processes quotes and orders
- Customer service via phone and email with sales representatives and customers
- Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Adheres to all quality and safety standards
- Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
- May participate in cross-functional teams and work groups
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of post high school training in an administrative field
- Minimum of two years of service in customer service related activities
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, problem solve and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in federal government contracting and subcontracting desirable
- Possesses quality orientation and high attention to detail
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers, vendors, employees and managers at all levels within the company
- Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Experience with ERP systems required, SAP operating system preferred
