Custodian/Maintenance Job at Charcoal Grill Grafton
We are currently seeking a Custodian to clean, sanitize and maintain our restaurant. The ideal candidate for this position is enthusiastic and able to effectively clean our dining facilities by frequently washing both interior and exterior windows, cleaning floors and walls, and maintaining restrooms.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business objectives and formulate the appropriate solution.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to help the business.
- Identify and drive for process efficiencies.
- Ensure the effectiveness of implementation and execution of daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively with management, supervisors, and other team members on work status.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
