Our CSRs are crucial to our company as they provide the best in customer care while scheduling services and educating our customers about our benefits. As a home services CSR (Customer Service Representative) / Customer Care Rep, you arrive each day determined to serve the needs of our customers and staff. Without our customer relations, we wouldn't be able to keep our clients informed, educated, and smiling. You quickly build and maintain relationships and effectively demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.

A Customer Care Rep's primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, make follow-up calls, enter purchase orders, and process invoices. Our clients experience a positive, friendly disposition that radiates in all your interactions and is one of the reasons they enjoy doing business with us. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a call center is preferred
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Capable of using a computer correctly
  • Some HVAC knowledge and experience are a PLUS!
  • Can pass a background check
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Service Titan experience is a PLUS!!!
