This position offers:

• Starting salary $48,000/yr., plus on-call compensation. Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience.
• $1,500 Sign-On-Bonus - Paid after successful completion of 6 months of employment.
• Full-Time (40 hours per week) working generally Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Occasional early evening hours to meet the needs of the program. Rotating on-call is required.
• Company vehicle and/or travel compensation provided for work-related travel around Dauphin and surrounding counties as needed.
• Ongoing clinical supervision and professional development assistance.
• Supervision hours towards licensure for candidates who qualify (LPC, LSW, LCSW).

As a CRR Host Home Therapist, you are an independent thinker and highly organized as you provide therapeutic services to youth with mental health disorders and their families. You also:

• Are the team lead, providing individual and family therapy in the home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with all team members, crisis plan, attend clinical evaluations, and lead treatment team meetings.
• Demonstrate genuine empathy and concern for the diverse population served by the program.

About the CRR Host Home Program:

• Short-term, intense, out-of-home mental health treatment program for children and adolescents; Services provided in a host home setting with provider parents who are trained to provide a structured and therapeutic environment in their home to support youth with mental health and behavioral needs.
  An alternative treatment setting to residential treatment facilities(RTF) can also be utilized as a step down from an RTF.
  Services provided include individual and family therapy, case management, psychiatry, on call services, and psychological evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, clinical mental health counseling or related degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2 years of experience in a child and adolescent service system program (CASSP).
• Able to work flexible hours to meet individuals' and program's needs, including on call rotations.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individuals to appointments.
• Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
