Job Description Continued

  • Provide Reception desk coverage and support by answering all incoming telephone calls made to the firm and by following firm/Ricoh phone etiquette expectations and ensuring all communications with external and internal clients are at the highest professional level.
  • Meets and greets all visitors and employees to the firm, providing them a professional welcome by going above and beyond in their service approach
  • Schedules meeting rooms, ensuring that each conference room has the necessary supplies, beverages, video conferencing etc. prior to the clients meeting times.
  • Performs light Administrative duties.
  • Builds professional relationships with customers.
  • Support mail center with all necessary duties: shipping/receiving packages, process, sort and distribute USPS mail
  • Support hospitality
  • May perform various building support functions related to meeting setups.
  • Provides light housekeeping duties, maintaining organized break areas.
