- Care Team Model of 4 Physicians and 10 APPs
- Case Mix: Bread and Butter, General, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, GI and Bariatric
- Day shift 7a-5p, 4 days a week
- No Call. No Nights. No weekends.
- Excellent base salary based on years’ of experience.
- Start Date Bonus plus relocation assistance available.
