We are currently seeking a kind and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our wonderful team. CRMA duties include and are not limited to:

· Adhering to all Company rules, policies and procedures and Company expectations, along with being observant of surroundings (both internally & externally) reporting potentially unsafe resident situations when beyond nursing scope, or acting as a leader to resolve the problem immediately.

· Administering medications to residents according to State and Federal regulations, physician orders and the resident's condition.

· Utilizing appropriate resources to ensure understanding of administered medications

· Monitoring resident's response to prescribed medications, reporting adverse effects to the Charge Nurse; documenting medication administration per policy.

· This position provides the highest quality personal care and assistance while promoting overall resident well-being.

Caregiver/PSS duties may include:

Assisting with Activities of Daily Living, providing the highest quality personal care and assistance while promoting overall resident well-being.

Adhering to all Company rules, policies and procedures and Company expectations, along with being observant of surroundings (both internally & externally) reporting potentially unsafe resident situations when beyond nursing scope, or acting as a leader to resolve the problem immediately.
