SALADWORKS-HILLTOP (VA BEACH) IS HIRING CREW MEMBERS FOR DAY AND EVENING SHIFTS (15-20 HRS/WK)!

The Crew Member interacts with Guests in a positive, energetic and informative manner, helping Guests to understand our menu offerings, upselling when possible and ensuring a WOW! Guest experience. In addition, Crew Members will help us give back to the community related to our partnership with No Kid Hungry! Other duties will include assisting with prep work and opening/closing shift needs as directed by the General Manager or Shift Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and achievement while also taking care of others including our Guests, other Crew Members and the Community. In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal and strong Guest service skills. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work day, evening and weekend shifts. Hourly rate does not include tips.
