Pay Rates Starting between: $8.50 - $13.50 / hour
Our Crew Members
Must put CUSTOMER SERVICE as their 1st PRIORITY
Must be team players who work well with their team, including being engaged and displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
Are treated fairly with dignity and respect
Will serve our guests in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner
Are required to follow the site-specific / brand-specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience & Skills:
Previous Hardware Store experience is preferred
Ability to efficiently handle the guest payment with point of sale register system
Ability to keep your area neat, clean, well stocked and ready to serve our customers
Ability to provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
Must have good communication skills and good personal grooming habits
Can be a current crew member looking for growth opportunities
Availability:
Open availability is required
No special accommodations can be made or guaranteed
Crew schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible.
This position will be Part Time / Variable initially, thus changing schedule is a requirement of the job.
Physical Requirements:
Standing up to 8 hours during a shift
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Requires you to use the following motions: pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
