ROLE OVERVIEW
The Credentialing and Enrollments department is responsible to credential mental healthcare providers employed by LifeStance Health. Through delegated and local processes, the credentialing team ensures that all providers meet the standards set forth by the NCQA. Credentialing Operations exists to provide Credentialing and the larger LifeStance ecosystem with the training, tools, resources, analytics, and system administration required to achieve a high standard of customer service, internally and externally. The touches almost all departments at LifeStance, including the Design Team, IT, Billing, Intake, Clinical, Compliance, Contracting, Legal and Business Development.

The pay for this position starts at $70,

RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Health Cloud project lead

Project lead for credentialing’s participation in the integration of Salesforce Health Cloud. Integral to the team responsible for moving from data silos to an integrated and unified system of provider and payer information

Develop materials for training and train users on Salesforce Health Cloud

Guide development of user and credentialing analytics reports through Salesforce, including dashboard metrics

Credentialing Operations team member:

Collaborative involvement in managing credentialing software, create/update credentialing training resources in addition to train new hires as well as other team members

Assist in the help desk function

Meeting facilitation, workflow and process development, reporting and analytics, plus cross functional initiatives

Understand credentialing coordinator’s responsibility to credential and maintain high quality and accurate information for new and established healthcare providers in a timely manner

Other responsibilities as assigned from supervisor

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of operational experience working in a medical services or medical technology industry

Prior CRM integration experience, including training and performance development metrics

Strong customer service experience

Strong communication skills and interest in working collaboratively

Strong computer skills required –Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, and PDF applications

Process oriented, forward thinking, creative problem solver

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture
