Position Overview
The Dutch Bros Collective Artist creates content in one or more of the following areas:

Photography: This role will be periodically assigned photoshoots from DBHQ to shoot at or near your shop. What you shoot could potentially be used internally or externally for Dutch Bros Coffee!

Videography: This role will be periodically assigned video shoots from DBHQ to shoot at or near your shop. What you shoot could potentially be used internally or externally for Dutch Bros Coffee!
These roles will push creative boundaries and give real-world experience working with a kick-ass company!
Job Qualifications
-
Currently a Dutch Bros employee in the field (part-time and full-time employees, including Mobsters)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
A good understanding and working knowledge of DSLR cameras.

A keen eye for detail.

A passion for growth in a creative environment.

A love for coffee and culture.

Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results
Photography:
-
Take photos in a stand or location as requested by DBHQ
-
Work closely with DBHQ to capture the right look and feel for the images needed
-
Work with your manager ahead of shoot dates to ensure you don't miss assigned shifts in the stand.

Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs
-
Operate various photography equipment
Videography:
-
Take videos in a stand or location as requested by DBHQ
-
Work closely with DBHQ to capture the right look and feel for the videos needed
-
Work with your manager ahead of shoot dates to ensure you don't miss assigned shifts in the stand.

Must be able to work in an office environment

Must be able to communicate in an effective manner to perform job duties

Constantly operates a computer, camera, and other office productivity machinery, such as calculators, copy machines, computers, and office equipment.
- Working hours for the Creative Collective will be communicated between the Employee Brand team and Operator/Leader to ensure no overtime is worked between the two positions while participating in the program.
- This position is eligible for remote work within any state Dutch Bros currently resides in (AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, MO, NM, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, and WA)
