About Our Team:
Are you looking to apply your creative skills across a wide range of channels? The PrimaLoft Global
Brand Bulding team collaborates across Brand, Communication, and Creative teams to bring PrimaLoft to our customers and consumers. All creative development, from sales collateral to global consumer campaigns, is done in-house, making this an opportunity to work across a variety of projects.

We work collaboratively across all roles to bring the best product and brand stories forward and to ultimately increase brand awareness.

What will you do as a Creative Associate at PrimaLoft?

You will provide creative support to the Global Brand Building team, working closely with and supporting our two Creative Leads, reporting into the VP of Brand Building.

• You will lead your own projects and support others on their leading projects
• You will concept and develop your original ideas AND you will support and help carry on existing ideas and concepts
• You will participate in creative briefings, product briefings and brainstorms
• You will be responsible for meeting creative deadlines, both long-lead and fast-paced requests
• You will help to bring brand awareness through our social and influencer efforts, sales support tools, online offerings, and portals
• You will work within our brand key, guidelines, and strategy, always ensuring to represent us within our brand strategy and voice
• You will help with basic creative support needs o Preparing art files for production as well as reformatting for different media (digital and print) o Preparing and packaging assets for external partner use o Sourcing music, photography, vectors etc. based on creative briefs o Executing directional tasks

Required Skills

• 1-3 years work experience* with proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop,

Illustrator)

§ Able to work in-office at our HQ located in Latham, NY
§ Salary based on experience and skillset. Salary range for this position may fall between $50,000-

65,000.
§ * will consider exceptionally skilled candidates with less experience

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in After Effects and WordPress
• Skills in photography, video editing, animation, illustration, and website creative a plus
• Experience with social content and design systems
