O’Melveny is seeking Capital Markets Counsel for our Austin, Century City, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Newport Beach, San Francisco or Silicon Valley offices. Ideal candidates will have a range of experience typical for our Capital Markets practice, including securities offerings and assisting public companies with reporting obligations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and diverse team. Our Capital Markets Practice Group has substantial experience running the most complicated and high-profile deals.
