Description
Workroom Supervisor and Head Draper: Build costumes for productions throughout school year.
Supervise student drapers on all productions
Oversee measurements of student actors
Sizing approvals for purchased costumes (sourcing approvals)
Determine in concert with Shop Supervisor, work calendar for staff and students
Participate in budgeting of productions
Schedule all fittings with student design teams
Supervise student fittings
Maintain relationships with all departments, both within and without Conservatory, that interact with Costume Shop
Participate in draper meetings overseeing all builds, in concert with Shop Supervisor

Qualifications
BFA or BS in costume design, costume technology, theatre production, or similar field OR equivalent work experience required
3+ years’ related professional experience preferred
