Our Apprentice program can be the beginning of your journey. Save thousands of dollars on your education and get paid from DAY ONE. Our apprenticeship program is designed to support and transform you into a licensed professional in a fun and nurturing environment.

You’ll be a part of our salon family, and just an employee. You will work directly with our technical trainers, managers, stylists, and salon owners to receive one-on-one training and coaching. You’ll learn to provide services including everything from stylist haircuts, to professional color and chemical services.

Apprentices also attend classes at a State of Wisconsin (WI) technical school –MPTC Moraine Park Technical College (West Bend campus), or typically MATC Milwaukee Area Technical College (Milwaukee campus).

A Wisconsin Cosmetology Apprenticeship is a full-time program (at least 32 hours per week) and requires a total of 4000 hours to complete. 3712 hours is spent with Signature Two Company (as the sponsor), and a minimum of 288 hours of related technical school education. Upon completion, the apprentice can take the Wisconsin Cosmetology Examining Board exams to earn a “permanent” cosmetology license.

Our apprenticeship program fully complies with all of the apprenticeship and cosmetology licensing requirements administered by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS.)
