Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Notes Live, Inc. is a is a rapidly growing hospitality and entertainment company comprised of a pre-eminent team of professionals. The company owns and operates the award-winning Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern as well as Boot Barn Hall – the state-of-the-art music and event center, along with the Notes Bar and the future Sunset Amphitheater, all located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Company is currently expanding its multi-million-dollar Colorado campus into the northern Atlanta market as well as laying the groundwork to expand into the Tennessee, Oklahoma and Texas markets.

We are looking for a committed, hardworking full-time individual to grow with the Company and be an integral member of the team.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Financial Writer will use knowledge and skills gained through education and experience to assist with the creation of Notes Live and its subsidiaries to include investor facing documentation, employing a full range of copy tones, styles and voices while adhering to our brands.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the CEO/Chairman.
  • Develop and create original concepts, writing, and proofreading investment materials to produce and distribute well-written, high-quality, and accurate articles for the C-suite audience.
  • Collaborates with executive team, business development, and marketing teams to create, revise and format content for various media including term sheets, private placement offerings, investor and board presentations, company business plan, real estate offerings, SEC filings, etc.
  • Applies corporate style guide standards consistently.
  • Assist with investor relations, external PR team, marketing, etc. as needed.
  • Assists with special projects generated by management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. English, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
  • At least three to five years in the finance/marketing/banking experience addressing business audiences.
  • Public company and SEC reporting exposure preferred but not required.
  • Professional writing experience required, some of it with business media.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be detailed, accurate, have great communication skills, proactive and able to handle tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision in a fast-paced environment. Requiring a balance of assertiveness, time flexibility, and teamwork, within the framework of high-quality service to internal and external members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
