Job Overview

Responsible for the daily monitoring of the US and EMEA bank accounts, contacting sites as necessary to take care of any issues, and making sure the account balances are adequate to clear payments at the end of the day. Create service requests to open or close accounts or add or delete services as needed, liaison for testing. Responsible for Risk Management regarding the annual insurance renewal, audits, policy questions, and claims. Assist cash flow forecast and working capital optimization projects for BPG group companies.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitor all bank accounts daily, this includes making sure exception items are designed and the bank balances are adequate to clear all outgoing payments.
  • Balance the bank accounts at the end of each day taking into account the sweeps, and send a wire to sweep excess back or to fund as needed
  • Administer bank users as needed to add or delete, add services, create or change templates and approve payments.
  • Vet and create AP payments for BPG entities per approved payment lists received on the 10th and 25th of each month, and act as the second approver for entities as needed.
  • Post all direct debits from the bank and AP payments made for group entities.
  • Receive annual renewal information request packet from an insurance agent, and distribute sections as needed to all entities worldwide to update the prior year’s information for the coming policy year. Update Workers Comp information for US entities and compile renewal information by work comp code and state. Receive all insurance renewal information back from global entities and compile it back to one report to return to the insurance agent by the deadline
  • Receive insurance audit requests after the plan year is complete for US work comp, general liability, and cargo. Use US payroll actuals report and complete work comp audit. Request actual sales for the GL audit and cargo audit numbers and return them to the insurance carrier.
  • Assist in weekly rolling cash flow forecast, coordinate BPG global entities’ cash funding needs, and support working capital reduction efforts for US operations.
  • Make Delaware Annual Tax Payments for the LLC companies by June 1st and Delaware Corporate payment for BPG Americas is paid by March 1st.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's education preferred.
  • Prior experience in banking, cash management, and insurance preferred
  • Works well in a team environment, and contributes with expertise in the above fields
