We are definitely not your standard bagel shop! We offer an extensive menu with gourmet sandwiches, salads and bowls where everything is made in house. We are looking for experienced cooks to join our fast paced kitchen and get creative in the kitchen! We are consistently changing the menu and creating specials as we incorporate local farm produce through the season. We are currently in need of driven line cooks, who are comfortable in all areas of the kitchen including the grill, cold side and prep.
Responsibilities include:
Set up and stock stations
Prepare food for service
Cook menu items per the kitchen guidelines and as requested by customer paying close attention to modifications and allergies
Follow food safety protocols
Keep station clean throughout shift
Ensure a smooth service period keeping station stocked
Communicate with team in back and front of the house
Clean up station as directed and restock station for next shift
Contribute to kitchen clean up at end of day
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
